The place is pretty easy to get to from Kanazawa station, plus there's an underground walkway from the station to about 2/3rds the way to the hotel, which is useful when it's raining. The room felt spacious and the double bed was comfortable and big, plenty of amenities. The bathroom and toilet were very good, each in their separate cubicles with the sink being located outside in the main bedroom. I like this arrangement as it makes it easy to wash hands after eating food. The bath was big enough for me (I'm 178 cm). The breakfast was pretty nice as well and had a mix of Japanese and Western foods. Also the hotel had a washing machine room and dryer for anyone who wants to wash clothes. Front desk receptionist spoke English so I found the check in & check out process to be very easy. There's a 7-eleven just 2 buildings next to the hotel too. Kanazawa has a lot of interesting places to visit so I would recommend staying at least 2 nights here.

One of the Best Hotels I've Stayed at in Japan I've been traveling to Japan for the past three years, and this hotel is without a doubt one of the best I've experienced. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant design, peaceful atmosphere, and meticulous attention to detail. One thing that really stood out to me was how spacious the rooms are, especially by Japanese standards. Everything was spotless, and you could tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. Every part of the hotel felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. Whether it's your first time in Japan or your tenth, staying here will make your trip even more special.

Staff professional, especially the young man from Uzbekistan. room great, windows double glazed so street noise not an issue at all. Close to main station. Better value if you can compromise on the location. Tip - when walking to and from station (esp. with luggage), stick to the northern side of the street, crossing over in front of the hotel (if you use the southern side, you will need to use the underpass...stairs/elevators...as there is no pedestrian crossing that side). City bus system is very helpful, if you dont want to walk anymore....bring you back to the main station, then its a short stroll to hotel.

Excellent location (650m from main train station), easy check-in, very nice and clean rooms, Western and Japanese breakfast was good but modest, very friendly staff, minimarkets very close by in case you forgot something, dining areas all in walking distance and visiting the old town and castle, gardens can be done by bus or on foot (nice walk along the main street). The public bath (Onsen) was also excellent, well organized with separate Onsen for women and very clean. Liked the service of storing our luggage safely after check-out. We would definitely come back here next time.

Hotel is very conveniently located, a short walk away from the main Kanazawa train station (though note that if you have heavy luggage, crossing the intersection to get there will require taking a lift from close to the train station where the bus stop is situated, walking through the underpass, and coming out from the other lift at the far end. Rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, and staff were polite, efficient, and friendly, and helped me with forwarding my luggage onwards to the next hotel.
